The sand seems dirty, like it needs to be raked or changed more often. Some debris and other foreign objects are obvious.

I pass by every morning and see grounds crew raking and taking care of debris. People who use the park need to pick up after themselves. I've seen trash of all sorts including lost socks burried in the sand.

The heavy garbage can next to the b-ball court is on the grass and leaning. It looks like it could fall over onto a child.

The plastic coating on the swingset chains is peeling off. The metal is exposed, and the plastic is a choaking hazard for small children.

The swings still need attention. Be careful of the exposeed chains. This seems to be a common problem in Aliso Viejo Parks.

What is happening to the swings? It's not dangerous, just disappointing.

The swings have been replaced, but without the protective plastic coating, so I would suggest keeping the younger ones off of this equipment. The toddler swing is broken and is very dangerous because the back of the seat is torn and allows kids to fall through.

The court surface is worn and could use some attention. I don't know if it can be painted or what.

There is so much dog waste in the grass immediately around the tot lot, and even at the base of the drinking fountain. Dog Owners, PLEASE pick up after your pets. Out kids come home with dog mess on their shoes every time.

There is a broken bench on the sidewalk near the tot lot. Watch where you site...you can snag your pants on the jagged plank.

2nd day in a row. Between the basketball court and the hillside there is a lake of water. Possible broken sprinkler or sprinkler turned away from hillside and just drenching that area.

There are frequently teen agers playing in the park around the pot-a-potty, and as a result, the unit gets tipped over making a disgusting and unhealthy mess. Parents of the younger children would just like it removed permanently.

There is graffiti on the play structures and in the tunnels that makes the park look old and run down. No profanity...just names and scribbles.

The garbage cans need to be emptied more often. The one by the dog poop bag dispenser always smells horrible, and this is right at the entrance to the park. Not a good first impression!

I'd like to know who is organizing the yoga class that takes place on the basketball courts at Oak Park. Is this an official city class, or can anyone hold a class in the park?
